To be suitable for this role you will need to be an articulate and natural communicator with an understanding of current UK employment law, ideally familiar with the latest Home
Office regulations regarding employment sponsorship but this is not essential. Familiarity with recruitment best practice and related employment legislation and an understanding
of diversity and its application in an HR setting would be advantageous.
Knowledge of overseas terms and conditions of employment would also be highly desirable.
