A well-funded rapidly expanding business is looking for an accomplished HR Advisor to join its team, based in Warrington.     

In this initially standalone position, you will deliver a full HR service to the business enabling it to rapidly grow from 40 employees to 100+ over the course of the next 12 months.      

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be an accomplished HR Advisor with proven experience of leading recruitment projects, and an ambition to become an HR Manager within the next 6 to 12 months. Previous commercial experience within the engineering, construction, manufacturing or energy sectors would be preferred. In addition to delivering an ambitious recruitment growth target, you will have a broad range of HR duties from providing advice and guidance to line managers on employment law to general HR administration.

Key focus areas for the role will include recruitment, resource planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement. This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full responsibility for the success of the people function within the company as it goes through a period of rapid growth.
