You will be an confident communicator with extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and UK Employment law. You will be versatile, supporting clients across a range of industries and comfortable in a client facing role.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional that has provided guidance on Employment law and ER in fast paced, demanding environments. You will be CIPD qualified (Level 7) and confident at coaching line managers across a range of HR related topics.
