HR Administrator – 6 month FTC - North West London. An excellent new opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a hugely successful International business.
In order to be suitable, it is essential that you have experience working in HR Administration in professional environment or have a graduate degree in HR with strong administration skills.
Supporting the HR team, you will be responsible for general administration within the business, with a focus on documentation, note taking in meetings, right to work checks, absence, starters and leavers, references and notification letters.
You must be extremely well organised, with the ability to assess work load and prioritise accordingly. You will be required to work with managers, providing support to the organisation.
This client is willing to consider recent HR graduates who have general administration experience and are looking for their first opportunity in an HR team.
This role will be 5 days a week on site to start before moving to some hybrid working after probationary period. This is a newly created position within the organisation and is an exciting opportunity for someone to help shape the scope of the role. You will ideally be CIPD level 5. The salary is between £26,000 - £28,000 pro rata and comes with excellent benefits
