An award winning legal firm, offering hybrid working and with beautiful offices in central Bath, are looking for a well organized, technically adept HR  Administrator or HR Assistant with good HRIS skills.

A key focus of this role will be around acting as a super user for their new HRIS system - Cornerstone.  Although ideally you might have some Cornerstone user experience, it is not essential.  What is essential is someone who is confident picking up new systems and perhaps was a key user or super user in their current HR role.

Work around the HRIS includes ensuring amendments to the system are actioned, being the go to person to solve issues and deliver changes, leading the exploring, planning and implementation of new modules in the system, understanding business processes and how the HR system supports those.

In addition, you will work a broad HR admin role encompassing  new starter administration, benefits administration, general HR  admin, such as processing annual leave requests, sickness etc. as well as training & development admin.

As the ideal candidate, you will have some commercial HR administration experience and ideally be quite systems focused or keen on developing skills in an HRIS capacity.  You should also demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This business offers hybrid working (3/2 split), a fantastic company culture with good benefits package, bonus and good career development opportunities.  Starting salary is up to £27,000, but there may be slightly more for a stand out individual.
