HR Administrator / HR Assistant -  3 month contract

An international media business in the heart of Soho are looking for some HR Administration support to help them through a busy period of 2-3 months.

Working as part of a team of 4, you will report into the HR Manager and help support with HR Administration across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

Administration for new starters, leavers and contracts

Support the new joiner induction process

Support with processing and on boarding freelancers

Recruitment administration and general support of the recruitment process, liaising with agencies and hiring managers.

Assist with monthly payroll processing and administer benefit reminders

Help ensure employee records and up to date and the HR systems are accurate

To secure the contract you should:

Have experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant capacity within a commercial environment

Have worked within an international business, ideally within marketing, media, advertising, digital industries

Demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

Be adept at using MS Office applications and have used HR systems previously

Be someone who thrives in a fast paced, creative and dynamic environment.

This contract is for 2-3 months initially, with further extensions or permanent role possible for the right individual.  Hourly rate is £15,50 - £17.50 p/h, including holiday.  This is an IMMEDIATE START contract.
