HR Administrator (12 month FTC)

A well established business group based in Wembley is looking for an additional experienced HR Administrator to cover a 12 month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of the HR team, you will work a varied and fast paced role:

  • You will process new starters and ensuring all on boarding paperwork and processes are followed
  • Apply for DBS checks and help with the referencing process
  • Support the recruitment process - posting adverts, sending out interview invites, offer letters and contracts.
  • Assist with training administration and provide general HR administration support 

To secure this role you must be a well organised individual with some experience in an HR administrative role already under your belt.  You also must have an excellent command of the English language - both written and verbal. Any work towards a CIPD would also be considered advantageous, but not essential to securing the role.

The salary on offer is £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on the skills and experience you  bring to the role.  The offices are based in Wembley and offer free parking.  Although this is offered as a 12 month FTC, there may be the potential for this to extend of become permanent.
