A well-established company is looking for a personable and driven Helpdesk Analyst to join its technology team. The organisation is based in Croydon, South London - please note this role is office-based.
Within this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support for all system and user issues. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will provide an exceptional internal support service for a range of cutting-edge technologies. You will be passionate about IT and enjoy working in a collaborative team where innovative thinking is encouraged.
In order to be suitable for this position, you will have experience supporting technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory as well as a basic understanding of networking. In addition to this you will hold strong communication skills, good customer service, and a logical approach to problem-solving.
