A highly successful and rapidly growing tech business are looking for a customer focused Helpdesk Analyst to join their team.
The main focus of this 1st Line Engineer role will be to provide solid technical support to via the Helpdesk, and across project work. You will be working to troubleshoot and resolve issues across new user set ups, software set ups, hardware fault finding, VPN troubleshooting, email fault finding and mobile device issues.
To be suitable you will have supported Windows technologies previously and have great customer service skills. You will be logical and methodical and will enjoy a customer focussed role.

The salary on offer is £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
