A well-established construction firm is looking for an accomplished Helpdesk Analyst to join its team, based in Central London, on an initial 2 month contract. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and will commence on or before Monday, 6th December, so please only apply if you can start within the next week.
Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all user issues. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365. In addition to this, prior experience of working on a busy IT helpdesk would be advantageous to your application.
