Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st line support for all user issues. A passion for technology and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows OS and Active Directory. You will gain skills and experience with Office 365, Azure, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
