An internationally successful and market leading company is looking for a driven Helpdesk Analyst / Application Support Engineer to join its IT team based in the Enfield area, North London / Hertfordshire borders. The successful candidate will be providing remote technical support for the company’s software suite across a large established client portfolio. Due to the high availability required for this solution, this role will also entail some travel as well as an on-call function, covering evenings & weekends. 
 
In order to be suitable for this role you must have worked in a Technical IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst or similar technical role with proven helpdesk / service desk (1st line) experience. It is essential to have an interest in supporting bespoke applications. The ideal candidate will also have an IT degree or industry related certification, however this is not essential.
 
This is a diverse hands-on role which would suit a driven IT professional looking to further their career in a global business. This is Helpdesk Analyst / Application Support Engineer role is offering a basic salary of up to £25,000 plus benefits including pension, life assurance, health cover, 25 days holiday, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner subsidised onsite.
