Head of Talent Acquisition – Financial Services – City of London
 
Please note – this organisation offers a hybrid working environment where the individual will only be required to work two days per week from their London office.  Applications will be considered from anywhere that would allow for travel two days per week into the City. 
 
A large, international financial services organisation based in Central London – City, are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional to build their recruitment function from the ground up.
 
Please not – to be suitable it is essential that you have previously built an in house recruitment function from scratch within a medium sized organisation.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join a really people focused organisation.  Currently, all of their recruitment if outsourced to agencies and they are now looking to bring this inhouse.  As a result, there are no processes in place so this individual will really have the chance to add value and to shape the recruitment function for this highly successful organisation.  This role will involve building successful working relationships with internal stakeholders and the senior leadership team to influence process and ensure this function delivers value for money.  You be focused on managing the agency PSLs, defining the internal recruitment process, developing the candidate experience, implementing the candidate tracking process, delivering recruitment data to the wider business and building the companies online presence to attract the best talent possible.  
 
Once the new talent acquisition function is imbedded within the business this individual will have the opportunity to grow and manage their own team.
 
To be suitable for this Head of Talent Acquisition role you MUST have the following relevant experience:
 
- In house or internal recruitment experience is essential – whilst agency experience is valued this role requires an understanding of establishing internal recruitment functions within an organisation
- Previous experience building an in house recruitment/ talent acquisition function from scratch
- Previous experience recruiting within he financial services sector would be desirable but not essential
- Previous experience recruiting for and partnering with corporate functions is key
 
The salary on offer for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience plus bonus and a great benefits package.
