A well-established technology organisation is looking for a tenacious and determined Head of Sales/Channel Manager to join its highly professional team based in Bedford. Please note that this is a hybrid role, consisting of 1-2 days per week of travel to the Bedford office. You will receive a company car with this role and therefore a full UK driving license is required.
Reporting to the General Manager of the Business Innovation Division, the successful candidate will achieve sales goals while creating an ongoing, mutually profitable relationship with Channel partners that significantly contributes to the achievement of the businesses goals, the Channel partners and the partners’ customer base. You will create and manage the overall plan to increase revenue and Channel partner participation and drive overall customer satisfaction through partners.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in printing device/office products and related software industry sales. You will possess strong industry knowledge, including customer drivers and competitor offerings, and will be experienced in undertaking market research, competitor analysis, complex strategy implementations and go-to-market planning.
The ideal candidate will have experience with forecasting and pipelines as well as familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, coupled with strong negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is essential for this role.
