The Ashdown Group have been engaged in the recruitment of Head of Research for non-life Insurance products by a leading organisation based in Central London. The company operate a hybrid working pattern with three days of the week working remotely and two days in the office. The successful candidate will have a solid background within the Commercial Insurance sector and have previous management experience.
You will be responsible for a team, specialising in the provision of non-life Insurance data to international organisations. Using your considerable research skills and meticulous eye for detail you will review new developments within the global insurance markets and identify any changes to legislative/economic factors which may have a significant impact. You will also work on projects to improve internal functions, product enhancements and deliver robust proposals for clients.
To be successful in this role you will need
Previous leadership experience within the Insurance sector
The ability to interpret large amounts of data and present in a clear and unambiguous format.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
Previous experience of structuring insurance programmes
Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to converse effectively at all levels
