As Head of Marketing, your role will be to own the business’ Marketing agenda, this will include branding, strategy, lead generation, online, PR, External and Internal Comms, to name a few.
You will translate the business strategy into a comprehensive, actionable and measurable Marketing strategy, growing the overall brand (and sub-brands), increasing company reach, and supporting the commercial growth.
Working with the Head of Membership and Development to ensure the successful long term strategic development of the brand and raising the profile of the brand in line with the needs of the membership, their clients, and the strategic objectives, mission and vision of the organisation.
Working with the Head of Membership and Development to assess activity within their target sectors, the wider market and competitors.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have:

Worked at a senior strategic level, whilst being able to roll up your sleeves and be hands on;

Previous experience managing a small team;

Experience in driving business growth and revenue streams through innovative, content-lead marketing approaches;

A creative flair together with an interest in a data-driven, scientific approach to marketing;

Proven track record of developing and implementing a marketing strategy;

Excellent brand development, brand management skills;

Proven ability to present complex ideas or data both internally and externally to support business change and growth;
