A reputable property business is seeking a Head of Maintenance to join the team based in North London.
In this role of significant responsibility, you will play a pivotal role in managing a large and growing team of Maintenance Coordinators and Engineers to ensure a compliant and professional service. You will contribute to the success of the property portfolio through maintenance and strategy, implementing team KPIs and championing effective leadership.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have a strong understanding of property maintenance processes coupled with the capacity to prioritise workload effectively. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively alongside providing an outstanding service is a prerequisite for this position. You will have experience of managing teams and supporting operational delivery across the business.
