A well–established multinational firm is looking for an accomplished Head of Finance & Operations to join its leadership team based in Teddington, Middlesex. The business embraces flexibility so you can work from home circa 50% of the time.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished finance professional with the experience required to act as the company secretary and organise all statutory reporting for a £25m turnover firm. You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant and will be responsible for all financial matters including budget development, forecasts, payroll, and MI reporting to the international HQ.
In this business critical and broad ranging role you will report directly to the CEO and oversee finance and operations. You will manage a small finance team and oversee governance, compliance (including GDPR), IT, accounts, an ecommerce warehouse, and environmental impact, and will play a pivotal role in building ‘just-enough’ operational processes, policies and procedures to run the organisation with rigor and efficiency setting it up for sustained success and further growth.
As a first-class Head of Finance & Operations you will be a highly organised, methodical completer-finisher who demonstrates attention to detail and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A tech savvy first class communicator - you share information clearly and are exceptional at tracking and reporting on progress in a user-friendly way using appropriate dashboards and tools (Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint etc.).
You will have outstanding finance skills, coupled with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. You will develop and maintain processes that deliver an outstanding support service to the organisation and will have a passion for implementing new and innovative ways of working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
