A household name charity is looking for an accomplished Head of Experience to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a consummate communicator with previous experience managing relationships and developing end-to-end user journeys that deliver an outstanding experience and high levels of engagement. You will have a passion for implementing innovative ways of working in an entrepreneurial environment and will embrace human centred design and strategic planning.
The charity is seeking a Head of User Experience to engage with its service users and manage its international stakeholders. You will play a thought leadership role in guiding how the charity interacts with key supporters and users and will oversee database management and communications strategies. You will develop and implement policies to ensure user-centred service provision. Constantly eager to learn, you will build up a network of corporate, institutional & academic partners that you will collaborate with in support of the mission of the charity. You will design and develop programs to connect and engage stakeholders, creating an ecosystem to share knowledge, leverage support, and celebrate success.
You will ensure that the organisation adopts transparent, fair, equitable, and inclusive processes and policies and will constantly look for ways to refine and improve the experience for all stakeholders.
