Head of Digital Transformation
A dynamic, technology driven global organisation based in the City of London are looking for an experience Head of Digital or Director of Digital Transformation to drive their business growth forward.
Please note – this organisation offer a hybrid flexible working environment – whilst home working is encourages, candidates must be able to travel to the London (City) based office a couple of times per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and flexible Business Change professional to join a forward thinking tech based business at a time of growth. Managing the Development team and PMO function within an Agile environment, this role will involve enhancing and delivering technology based change within the organisation to drive efficiency and performance.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a tech business or software house, or have worked within an organisation whose product is a software application or platform. This is not a technical role; this a position which requires leadership, commerciality and strong problem solving skills.
The core remit of your role will be to oversee the lifecycle and governance of internal change programmes, with success being measured on the rate of change successfully deliver. You and your teams will be working on projects across all areas of the business, covering topics such as elevating the client experience, optimising resource management, and improving internal processes. These projects will mainly (but not exclusively) involve the strategic application of technology. You will also support the PMO and Development teams with their client-facing commitments which mainly relate to implementing projects and integrations.
Whilst the core skills and experience required are focussed on operations and technology leadership, project management, experience working within a commercial environment is seen as essential and influencing and/or developing software solutions will be seen as highly beneficial to the success of this individual.
