A well-established organisation is searching for an accomplished Head of Development to join its team based in Crawley. The company embraces hybrid working and would only require you onsite 1/2 days per week. Web, mobile, and AI-enabled technology are fundamental to the success of the business so you must have proven experience of leading development teams and a keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technology to deliver substantial business growth.
In this role of significant responsibility, you will provide leadership to 2 in-house developers as well as external contractors. You will devise and implement the IT strategy and deliver a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment. In addition to creating and delivering the IT roadmap, you will partner with key stakeholders to drive forward technological innovation and business growth.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a commercially astute, ambitious, and highly driven leader with a passion for technology and customer service. You will hold proven experience delivering projects in C# and .Net (PHP experience would be highly advantageous to your application).
