Graduate Support Analyst - hybrid

Our international client is looking for a technically minded graduate to join their growing team. This opening offers you the opportunity to gain a Salesforce qualification as well as the chance to progress within the organisation.

They operate a hybrid model with 2 days required in their City of London office and 3 days at home.

Ideally, you'll be a graduate with an IT degree, an interest in data and strong Excel skills. Working closely with the CRM Manager, sales and marketing teams, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of data and streamlining processes. Producing reports and monitoring product performance.  Resolving support tickets within agreed timeframes and facilitating with product enhancements and additional features.
