A well-established business is looking for a personable and driven Graduate IT Software Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Richmond, west London.
Working as an integral part of the internal development team, you will provide operational and technical support to internal end-users to ensure the business gets the full benefits from its software portfolio and the highest level of application support. You will assist with issue identification and resolution and provide insights and recommendations to help with fixes, new product functionality, and new features.
A knowledge of SQL, the ITIL framework for IT service management, Jira, Service Desk Management Tools and Confluence are desirable, but by no means essential.
The successful candidate must have a good degree in a technology-related field as well as some prior experience providing technical software support.
