A reputable and growing technology company is looking for a talented and ambitious Graduate Service Desk Analyst to join an established team. The role will be based remotely and from their central Leeds office.
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing general 1st & 2nd line technical support for approximately 150+ users (growing fast).
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an IT graduate with ideally some 1st / 2nd line service desk / helpdesk support experience, preferably for a medium-sized user base in a fast-moving industry, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise IT queries. It is essential to have knowledge of a wide range of technology such as Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, general day-to-day networking as well as ideally some familiarity with Azure.
This Junior / Graduate IT Support Technician role represents an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to join an exciting business with extensive growth plans and excellent IT career prospects. This role is paying up to £22,000 depending on experience plus £2,500 on-call allowance and benefits including pension, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and 24 days annual leave.
