We are highly regarded for our ethical approach to recruitment and are seeking local graduates from the Teddington, Richmond or Kingston area who are looking for a post-graduate full-time role.
We are looking for driven individuals who would like to remain in the area and would enjoy a quasi-sales role. Many of our team have over six years recruitment experience and will help you develop your general business skills. We have an in-house candidate database of nearly 1 million CVs and each vacancy that we work on requires us to build a comprehensive shortlist of suitable people for the role. So in addition, an administrator will focus on establishing the base suitability of candidates who have suggested that they are interested in a particular position.
This is an entry level position where initial and ongoing training will be provided. No recruitment experience is required and you will be fully briefed on interview technique and how to make the most of every conversation. In order to be suitable for this position you will be driven and determined, motivated by targets and have a good level of written and verbal communication.
