Graduate Recruitment Coordinator -  Central London, Paddington

A rapidly growing financial services consultancy with international presence are looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate that is keen to develop a career within Talent Acquisition and Recruitment as they look to double in size over the coming months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm during a period of rapid growth.  You would be their first dedicated Recruitment Lead and would really have the chance to make the role your own.  You would be joining a supportive team of smart and driven people. They are looking for initiative, determination and commitment and in return offer early responsibility and significant progression opportunities.

This firm has ambitious growth plans and recruitment is a key part of their growth strategy. As the Recruitment Lead you will be responsible for devising and executing a fit for purpose Talent Acquisition strategy;

Working to build and develop a strong employer brand

Leading graduate recruitment; building strong partnerships with universities

Organising candidate attraction events

Direct sourcing though LinkedIn

Interviewing and overseeing the end to end recruitment lifecycle

Conducting benchmarking analysis to ensure offering remains competitive

 This role would suit a driven and hard-working individual who is excited by the prospect of building a recruitment function independently. You will have experience attracting and selecting graduate talent either at an agency or through an in-house recruitment role and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 basic plus bonus (up to 50%).
