Working within a supporting and collaborative team, you will support an Account Director to manage the recruitment process end to end for a range of clients. You will manage an number of vacancies across multiple businesses and will offer a consultative service to organisations hiring across the UK. From producing marketing copy and advertising content to interviewing candidates and managing offers - you will work across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will attend regular client meetings (remotely) and the core focus of your role will be to build strong and relationships with your stakeholders to expand the work we do with them.
Please note - we operate by investing heavily in our advertisement and marketing campaigns which means absolutely no cold calling! Our main focus is developing and providing an exceptional service to our clients. The starting salary for this Graduate Recruitment role is £23,000 plus bonuses. We offer remote working - with the requirement to attend the Teddington office once per month.
