Graduate Recruitment Administrator

Working for a rapidly expanding Teddington based recruitment business, you will be responsible for supporting the exisiting team with their admin and high volume call based campaigns. The company is exceptionally busy and this is a very busy role.

This position is predominantly phone based, discussing vacancies with applicants and assessing suitability against the job requirements.  In order to be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator with the requisite interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally. You will write adverts and correspond with senior executives so excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are also prerequisites.

Any prior experience in a call centre, sales based role or customer service position is highly desirable.
