Graduate Quality Assistant

A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Central London is searching for a Graduate Quality Assistant to join its Quality team. The organisation offers hybrid working after successfully completing the probationary period and training.

Within this role of significant responsibility, you will work closely with the Quality Manager to support the calibration process between key clients and the external calibration partner. You will provide administrative support to the Quality function including, handling client calibration details, updating information, and data entry. You will raise purchase order requests and assist with the internal audit process in accordance with ISO standards.

In order to be suitable for this position you will hold a university degree/masters in a relevant subject (Science, Mathematics etc.) with excellent communication skills both written and oral. You will be a self-starter who is solution orientated with strong attention to detail. You will have strong Excel skills (basic formulas) and be competent with MS Office Suite.
