A well-established business with a global reputation and substantial growth plans is looking for a Graduate Project Administrator / Co-ordinator – this is a fantastic entry-level role with the opportunity to build a career and grow with the company. The role will be based in the Rochester area (Kent) with occasional option to work from home.
 
The successful candidate will be part of the business-critical sales processing team, working alongside an experienced Project Manager, responsible for all contract orders from initial receipt of order, through internal administration and communication with all relevant functions to completion of delivery processes. This Graduate Project Administrator / Co-ordinator role will initially be tasked with administration for the contract / export orders, with duties to include being the first point of contact for designated customers, working closely with contracts & export management team, looking after day to day projects, assisting with internal order paperwork, liaising with transport service providers as well as carrying out other duties as required.
 
This role would suit a driven and ambitious graduate /trainee with an interest in Sales, Export & Projects – it would suit an entry-level candidate or someone looking for a placement year. It is essential to have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
 
The Graduate Project Administrator / Co-ordinator role is paying up to £25,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits that generally include pension, and 21 days annual leave. There is strong career growth potential for the right candidate with plenty of options across the business including marketing, sales or operations / manufacturing.
