Graduate Operations and Sales Support Coordinator – Central London, Waterloo

Hybrid working is offered - office near Waterloo, Central London

A highly successful and rapidly growing Tech company based near London Waterloo are looking for a driven Graduate to join their Operations Team.  This is a brilliant time to join an expanding business offering real long term career progression opportunities.  They offer an agile, supportive and collaborative environment and this role would suit someone personable, engaging and ambitious.   

The ideal candidate will have worked as an Operations Administrator, Sales Administrator, Project Coordinator or Operations Assistant previously.  Alternatively, you could be a recent graduate looking for your first commercial role.

Key responsibilities will include:

Project coordination – supporting Project Managers across customer facing projects

Monitoring cost across projects

Managing order processing

Collaborating with stakeholders internally to ensure timescales and deadlines are met

Sales administration; raising invoices

Providing a first point of contact for client/customer queries

Salary is up to £32,000 – depending on experience.
