Working within a small but dedicated MSP you will be providing support to the company’s SME clients across the London area, under the guidance and support of the senior team The position is homebased with travel to clients in Central London four days a week.

What you’ll be doing...
Provide front-line IT support to clients responding promptly and effectively to a variety of technical issues. Collaborate closely with senior team members who will mentor you, helping you tackle more complex queries and develop your problem-solving abilities. Use your initiative to identify solutions and improve processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Build a strong foundation in IT support while preparing for career progression within the team.
The ideal candidate will have...
- A recent IT graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to solve problems.
- Some knowledge of MS technologies including Office 365 and Windows
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently when needed but thrive in a collaborative team environment.
