Graduate IT Support Analyst

A well-established financial services firm is looking for a personable and driven Graduate to join their team as an IT Support Analyst in central London. You will have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

As the Graduate IT Support Analyst you will work as an integral part of a team of engineers to deliver a centralised support service for all system issues, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to both users and employees across the business. This role involves taking incoming calls, managing requests, resolving or escalating incidents when necessary and therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement.

In order to be suitable for this position you will possess either a good degree in an IT-related discipline and/or a Microsoft or Cisco accreditation.
