A leading streaming distributor is looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and professional graduate with a passion for technology to join its sizeable team.

The company office is based in Central London but embraces hybrid working. They are moving towards providing 24/7 support and you will be required to work a shift pattern with variable shifts (24/7 – 364 days, averaging at 40 hours per week) and be provided a night allowance.

To be considered for this role you must have a good degree in a relevant subject (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar), and a desire to build a career within network operations. Any experience using live feed or broadcasting technologies would be advantageous to your application but is by no means necessary.

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organisation's live streams, as well as providing 1st line helpdesk support to clients and customers.
