Graduate IT Support Analyst

A leading streaming distributor is looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and professional graduate with a passion for technology to join its sizeable team.

The company office is based in Central London but embraces hybrid working. They are moving towards providing 24/7 support and from November you would be required to work a shift pattern with variable shifts (24/7 – 364 days, averaging at 40 hours per week) and be provided a night allowance.

To be considered for this role you must have a good degree in a relevant subject (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar), and a desire to build a career within network operations. Any experience using live feed or broadcasting technologies would be advantageous to your application but is by no means necessary.

Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organisation's live streams, as well as providing 1st line helpdesk support to clients and customers.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate to take the first step in their career at a business that invests heavily in its staff and offers a clearly defined career path.
