This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate that is keen to develop their career within IT for a well-established creative and production agency. This company encourages growth and career progression.
You will primarily be offering desktop support and fixes in addition to working closely with the IT Manger on new and exciting projects, making sure the company is up to date with changing IT developments and software.
Key responsibilities include taking phone calls and requests for IT assistance and escalating issues as they arise, assisting with the support and maintenance of IT business services, workstation hardware and other devises. Assisting with assigned projects and tasks and ensuring all incidents and service requests are managed to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have studied IT or computer science at university, have excellent communication skills, proven problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Will be familiar with Microsoft technologies including Office 365.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 per annum + great benefits. This role is a perfect opportunity to develop a career in IT.
