A leading managed services provider based within the legal industry is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and capable graduate IT Support Analyst to join their ever-growing team based in central London.
Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for clients both onsite and remotely, assist in the support of SaaS platforms, travel to various client sites across London, and support, manage and upgrade IT systems where necessary.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven experience within an industrial placement, have worked in and supported a Windows environment, be MS365 proficient with proven experience of working with its associated applications, and have some basic networking skills with LAN/WAN.
