A well-established corporation is looking for a personable and articulate Graduate IT Support Analyst with a passion for technology to join its expanding team, based in the City of London.
Working as an integral part of a small high-performance team, you will provide 1st line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites for 200+ employees.
Prior commercial experience is not required, but you must have an aptitude for analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a good University degree (ideally in IT or a related subject) and a desire to build a career in support.
In this role you provide a proactive user and systems support service and will quickly gain solid commercial experience with Office 365, Windows 7/10 and Active Directory. Over time you will gradually take on more responsibility and gain exposure to Windows Server and Cloud technology.
