This is a newly created position for a recent IT graduate to join a well-established IT MSP on their 1st line service desk providing telephone & remote support to a wide variety of SME customers in Surrey, Hampshire, Kent & Greater London.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner they will invest heavily in your training & personal development. This will include full & formal MCSE training & certifications, as well as opportunities for internal promotion up to the various other IT Helpdesk teams or onto the field services / consultancy teams.
In addition to your Degree or Masters in an IT related field, you will have strong customer service skills and enjoy dealing with IT users of all different levels.
To be considered for this position you will have a genuine interest in starting a professional career in IT support. Furthering on from your studies, full training will be provided and you will be taught how to troubleshoot and manage the Microsoft stack – this will include Windows 10, Active Directory, Office365 &/or Exchange Server and MS HyperV virtualisation.
Based in the Guildford area of Surrey, my client is in a good location for train links and A3 / M3 driving. This role is paying a salary of up to £23,000 + full MCSE training & certification, pension, dental, life assurance & healthcare.
