A successful London based corporation that specialise in mobility solutions are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them and provide support for their London office and their remote users. This role will provide 1^st line support and is a brilliant opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities:

Escalation of IT related incidents where necessary.
Printer support and administration.
Desktop and Laptop installations.
User management tasks e.g. setting up new users, assigning permissions, password resetting.

Skills needed:

Good working knowledge of Windows 10.
Proven skills with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication.
