A well-established charity based in South East London (SE3) is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and friendly HR Officer to join their expanding team! This role will start with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home, with a view to change this to 2 days from home once probation has passed.
This role would suit someone with solid administration experience that is keen to develop within HR or a recent graduate or school leaver that is looking for their first entry-level role. No previous HR experience is required, but you will need to be passionate about people and developing your career in this area.
As their HR Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment matters. You will work closely to support the HR Manager and wider team and will be involved in ad-hoc HR project work, planning and organising events onsite, working on recruitment campaigns, staff onboarding, providing information on key policies and procedures, and maintaining and updating the HR database and staff files.
