 An innovative multinational digital consultancy with offices located in the Kingston area is seeking an organised, personable, and enthusiastic Graduate HR and Office Administrator to join their growing young and dynamic team on a full-time basis! This role will allow you the opportunity to grow within the business and training will be provided.

This role is based on-site and you must be living within a 30-minute journey to Kingston, or else you will not be considered.

In this role, you will have the responsibility for managing all team events and socials, health and safety within the office, maintaining business-critical records, and will also be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle as well as managing and updating policies and processes where applicable. You will create and maintain company information within their internal database, keep track of all supplies and inventory and carry out reception duties when necessary.  You will also be responsible for ensuring that trusted relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues are maintained.

You must be a strong communicator, with a personable and confident demeanor. Additionally, you must have either an HR-related degree or HR/Administrative experience to be considered for this role.
