A highly successful multinational business is looking for a personable and driven Graduate Helpdesk Analyst to join its team located in East London. This organisation embraces flexibility, so you are able to work from home 2 days per week.
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will offer support to internal customers worldwide, assisting with hardware and software issues. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to ensure IT related requests and queries are identified, diagnosed and resolved.
In order to be suitable for this role you will have proven experience of supporting Office 365, Active Directory and Windows 10. Exposure to SharePoint, Azure and VMware would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential. Graduates are welcome to apply as a recent IT related degree will be beneficial to your application.
