A successful manufacturing company with a global reputation and major growth plans is looking for an ambitious Graduate Business Development / Sales Executive. The role will initially be based in the Rochester area (Kent), but will involve some travelling to client sites with time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the business to new and current customers (B2B), building relationships with customers, as well as creating and following leads through to quotation and sales stage. Duties will include developing leads, updating the CRM, understanding customer requirements, following up on quotations, creating a pipeline of leads / opportunities, achieving then exceeding sales targets, writing up (special) requirements, working with the factory to understand requirements as well as being part of the team at trade exhibitions.
This role would suit a driven and ambitious degree-educated candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships. It is essential to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
The Gaduate Business Development / Sales Executive role is paying up to £28,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits that generally include pension, private healthcare and 24 days annual leave. There is substantial career growth potential for the right candidate.
