Graduate Business Analyst – SW London, Clapham – Hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has a arisen for a recent Graduate keen to gain some experience as a Business Analyst. Working for a large and well established charity, and with more Senior Bas you will support the delivery of a three year digital transformation programme.

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for working with HR, Finance and IT teams to understand and redefine processes. You will communicate with internal colleagues and external partners to understand the needs of departments and the organisation, and to understand and investigate feedback into the service and functions of the organisation. You will use a variety of research methods with user, staff and stakeholders to understand demand, performances, problems, causes, impact and consequences; finding opportunities to gather data to understand problems more deeply.
The ideal candidate will have has studied a business focused degree at university and will be passionate about developing a career as a Business Analyst. If you have carried out a placement year of have any experience in a junior BA role this would be highly desirable.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £35,000. Hybrid working is offered – two days per week in the office is required.
