Graduate Business Analyst – Surbiton, Surrey - £45,000
A highly successful, global business based in Surbiton, Surrey are looking for bright, motivated Graduate to join their projects team as a Junior Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, technology focused company that really support and develop their team.
As the Junior Business Analyst you will join an established team of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Testers; playing an integral part of delivering a range of small and large scale business critical projects. You will assist with project initiation phases; helping to identify project objectives and benefits as well as eliciting, validating and documenting key business requirements. You will design and recommend improvements to new and existing processes and systems as well as creating wireframes and ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps.
This role would suit a recent graduate eager to develop their career within business analysis. You will be a great communicator as part of this role involves building great relationships with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a projects team and will have worked in an Agile or Waterfall project environment previously.
The salary on offer for this role is £35-£45,000 depending on experience plus great benefits.
