A highly successful, award winning Law firm with offices in the UK & Europe are looking for a recent Graduate to join the Billing team in Bath as their Billing Assistant. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. 

Working for this Tier Law firm in Bath, this is an excellent starter role in Legal Billing. The ideal candidate will be a recent Graduate with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or similar with excellent attention to detail. As the Graduate Billing Assistant for the team you act as the first point of contact for queries and requests from the lawyers across UK and Europe. You will manage WIP and distribute to fee earners and partners as well as preparing draft bills. You will be liaising with the wider account function internally as well as managing cashflow. 
 

This role would suit someone with a professional attitude, able to manage their own workload, demonstrating strong numeracy ability, comfortable with IT programs - including Excel and excellent communication skills.  Although this is an entry level role, any previous billing or invoicing experience would be advantageous.  Perhaps you will have worked as an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant previously. 
 

In return you will work as part of a friendly professional team, set in beautiful offices in the heart of Bath. The salary on offer is £21,000 - £25,000 per annum and home working is offered 2 days per week, along with bonus, private healthcare, electric vehicle scheme, enhanced maternity/parental leave, flexi leave and 25 days holiday to start.
