Graduate Software Project Technician - £25,000 – Letchworth Garden City
 
A highly successful and rapidly growing software house are looking for a bright, motivated graduate to support a range of client projects.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking tech business at a time of significant growth.
 
The ideal candidate will be a recent IT graduate with some basic HTML and CSS skills.   You will play a key role delivering multiple projects for global clients in the sports and events industries – international travel is on offer. The primary focus of this role will be working across the configuration of the company’s software –using your understanding of logic and process. This role is client facing and you will work to discover customer needs and formulate solutions; attending events / client sites; providing quotes; providing user training and support docs; installing and configuring temporary equipment; monitoring equipment performance during events; delivering post event follow ups or providing on-site support. It will be your superb attention to detail that ensures the delivery of outstanding solutions for clients.
 
To be suitable you will be technically minded with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.  You will have strong customer service or client facing experience and will be tech savvy.  You will have great attention to detail and brilliant communication skills. 
 
This role offers the opportunity for international travel to top music and sport events as well as training and development. 
 
The initial starting salary is £25,000 plus benefits.
