A well-established recruitment firm is looking for an articulate and personable graduate to join its expanding team. The business is based in London but has consultants throughout the UK and an entirely flexible culture so applications are welcome from those who would prefer to work from home.

This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive recruitment environment where everyone exemplifies the values of integrity, collaboration, energy and kindness. The business is committed to building a diverse team and recognises that by encouraging innovative and creative ways of thinking and fostering an inclusive culture they will collaborate more effectively and achieve better outcomes.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate to join a market leading business that offers a structured training programme and clearly defined career path.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an excellent communicator with a good degree and the requisite interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. You will write adverts and correspond with senior executives so excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are also prerequisites.

You will be assigned active vacancies to work on and will be required to build and develop long term relationships with those clients through meetings, networking and daily phone calls, with the objective of becoming their preferred, and ideally sole, recruitment provider.

Most of your day will be spent reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates, speaking to clients, and writing reports, so you need to have excellent proofreading skills and the ability to provide intelligent and informed opinions.

You will work alongside an experienced Account Director and will be given the support and training required to enable you to succeed in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a market leading business that invests heavily in its staff and offers a clearly defined career path and range of attractive benefits, including: BUPA private healthcare, pension, gym membership and childcare vouchers.
