My client is looking for a graduate / trainee IT Support Analyst to join their IT team providing 1st line support out of their global HQ in East Sussex. This role is paying up to £25,000 and offers hybrid flexible working (3 days a week in the office).
The ideal candidate will be a confident & outgoing individual with IT qualifications or a relevant IT degree. This could include the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+, Microsoft qualifications, ITIL, or a BSc in Computer Science or BSc in Information Technology.
Working closely with the Service Desk Team Leader you will learn how to troubleshoot & manage various IT applications, including:

Imaging & deploying laptops

CRM / ERP / Bespoke applications

Remote access tools & call logging applications
This role is paying a salary of up to £25,000 + in-house training on the latest applications & systems. Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex my client is commutable from Brighton, Eastbourne, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, Hailsham, Lewes, Horsham, Newhaven and Burges Hill. The role will be hybrid with 3 days in the office & 2 days from home.
